Faison Names Wenderoth New Director of Development for Their Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Region
Charlotte, NC — January 17, 2005 — Faison is pleased to welcome Stephen J. Wenderoth, as the Director of Development,for their Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Retail Development region. Steve will initially be working on Rosewick Crossing, Brandywine Crossing, and Easton Commons projects, in addition to other Southern Maryland and Eastern Shore proposed developments.
Steve joins Faison from the Mills Corporation where he was a Vice President for Development focusing on ground-up development and acquisition due diligence. Early experience includes fourteen years as an Attorney with Hunton & Williams and the United States Navy specializing in environmental law.
