FAISON TO HANDLE LEASING AT NORTH HILL CROSSING IN LENOIR, NC
Announces Opening of Sally Beauty Supply and GameStop
Charlotte, NC — February 25, 2009 — Faison announced today that they have been chosen as the leasing team for North Hill Crossing, a Cross Development shopping center.
North Hill Crossing is a newly constructed 17,000 square foot retail center offering 1,500 square feet to 8,100 square feet of currently available first generation space. The center is shadow anchored by a 203,000 square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter that opened May 2008 on the southwest quadrant of Blowing Rock Blvd. (Hwy 321) and Greenhaven in Lenoir, NC. Lenoir is home to Broyhill, Bernhardt, Fairfield Chairs, Greer Labs and VX Aerospace. Google has announced a new data facility, phase one to open Summer 2009.
