High Real Estate Group LLC Finalizing Details of Joint Venture Partnership With Faison Enterprises Inc.
Lancaster, PA (March 22, 2007) — High Real Estate Group LLC today announced it is finalizing the details of a joint venture partnership with Faison Enterprises, Inc. of Charlotte, N.C., to develop the proposed 300,000-square-foot Mill Creek Square shopping center in East Lampeter Township unveiled by Faison in November. High Real Estate Group officials will attend the public township meeting this evening at 6 p.m. along with Faison officials to present plans as part of the conditional-use approval process.
“We initiated this partnership with High Real Estate Group because of its strong commitment to quality development, smart growth, and the Lancaster community,” said Howard S. Biel, Faison’s senior managing director – retail development.

The 35-acre site is located along the Rt. 30 shopping corridor next to the Congress Inn and Lancaster Host Resort. Other High Real Estate Group retail projects in South Central Pennsylvania include High Pointe Commons, a community shopping center in Harrisburg, Pa., York Town Center, a power center in York, Pa., and The Crossings at Conestoga Creek, an open-air, mixed-use lifestyle center proposed for Manheim Township, Lancaster, Pa.
