FAISON COMPLETES SALES OF ALL 48 UNITS AT DELANCEY LOFTS

Washington, DC — April 5, 2007 — Faison is pleased to announce that all 48 units of the newly completed Delancey Lofts condominium have been sold.
Located in the heart of the vibrant Adams Morgan neighborhood, this successfully completed project included the renovationof and addition to an existing 61,394 SF, 1930’s-era brick warehouse building located on Kalorama Road. Faison purchased the property in 2004 and re-energized the building with a unique design to compliment the existing warehouse-style building, while completely renovating the building interior and the exterior façade. The design added one new living level to provide a total of 76,868 SF condominium space with 48 new loft-style units.
