Industry Professional Thomas W. Brasse Joins Faison

Charlotte, NC — May 22, 2007 — Faison announced today that Thomas W. Brasse has joined the company as Land Development Project Manager for their Mid-Atlantic Commercial/Residential team. Mr. Brasse will oversee all Charlotte area’s commercial/residential land development efforts and will report to Managing Director of Development, Neil Kapadia.

Mr. Brasse joins Faison with ten years of development, construction, engineering and environmental experience, acting most recently as Land Development Manager for KB Homes in Charlotte. Mr. Brasse’s professional experience also includes positions with Hart & Hickman, Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., Law Engineering and GeoScience Group all located in Charlotte.

Mr. Brasse is a Professional Geologist in North and South Carolina and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
