FAISON TO HANDLE LEASING AND MANAGEMENT AT BERKELEY PLACE IN BLUFFTON, SC
Charlotte, NC — June 9, 2009 — Faison announced today that they have been appointed as the leasing and management company for Berkeley Place, a mixed-use development serving the Bluffton sub-market in the Hilton Head area of South Carolina.
Berkeley Place is a newly constructed open-air, entertainment-oriented mixed-use development located on 24 acres in the rapidly growing Buckwalter Corridor. The Buckwalter Corridor is centrally located 9 miles to the east of Interstate 95 and 9 miles to the west of Hilton Head Island. US Hwy 278 serves as the only road onto Hilton Head Island. The center is well located on Buckwalter Parkway less than one mile south of US Hwy 278. This popular area is projected to enjoy substantial growth in all four directions over the next four years.
Berkeley Place is anchored by Seaturtle Cinemas a 12-screen movie theatre, additional tenants include a mix of restaurants, retail, professional and medical offices.
