Faison's Waterlynn Ridge Apartment Community Celebrates Grand Opening in Mooresville
Charlotte, NC — July 31, 2008 — On July 10th, Faison held its ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of its 312 unit Waterlynn Ridge apartment community. The first buildings were complete in April with all units to be complete by the end of this year. The community offers residents a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units with prices ranging from the mid-$700’s to over $1200. The community features a beautiful clubhouse with a NASCAR inspired media room, a state of the art fitness facility and built-in poolside cooking areas overlooking the community swimming pool.
Waterlynn Ridge is located in the Mt. Mourne area of Mooresville off Exit 33 and is within a mile of the Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and the corporate headquarters for Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse. The neo-Craftsman architecture at Waterlynn Ridge was created by The Preston Partnership, and was built by general contractor Superior Construction. The fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom models feature stunning modern interior designs by Raleigh’s Julia Brooks Design.
