Faison Announces New Tenants at Patriots Plaza

Charlotte, NC — October 5, 2007 — Faison has signed three new tenants to Patriot’s Plaza shopping center. Soon to come to the center are: Whitney’s, a gift and home furnishings store; GolfTEC, a state-of–the-art golf improvement center; and Migun Thermal Beds, featuring cutting-edge thermal massage beds. These new arrivals to the center will join the existing Whole Foods Market, Staples and specialty shops. Patriot's Plaza is located off of Houston Northcutt Boulevard near Patriot's Point in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

"We are nearly 100 percent leased at Patriot's Plaza with the addition of these three new stores," Thurman Brooks, Director of Leasing in the Carolinas for Faison. "The combination of the compelling anchors and strong demographics surrounding the shopping center make for a desirable location for retailers."

These changes should be evident in approximately 30 days. Since leasing and managing the project, Faison has expanded Party Plan-It, and executed the relocations of Salon Salon, CitiFinancial and currently Comcast Cablevision.

Faison has handled the leasing and management of Patriot’s Plaza since last summer when it was purchased by Hart Realty Advisors, Inc. on behalf of an institutional client.
