Mr. McCoy is responsible for managing the operations of both Faison's and third-party owners' retail properties. He has extensive experience with complex properties that operate through major redevelopment, renovation, expansion, and remerchandising programs.

Prior to joining Faison in 1991, Mr. McCoy held property management positions with Strouse, Greenberg & Co., Inc. and The Center Companies. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, and has earned its Certified Shopping Center Manager designation.

Mr. Chandler is responsible for placing short and long-term debt for the company as well as structuring equity investments, he has placed debt totaling over $2 billion.

Prior to joining Faison in 1992, Mr. Chandler was Trust Investment Officer and Real Estate Asset Manager at Wachovia Bank in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was also with the Principal Financial Group in Des Moines, Iowa, providing fixed rate, permanent debt.

Mr. Chandler has undergraduate and Master of Science degrees in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Mr. Lampke is responsible for all existing property acquisition and disposition activities at Faison. He has 20 years of real estate experience and has executed transactions valued at over $1 billion during his tenure with Faison since 1990.

Mr. Lampke holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Byrne is responsible for new retail developments, including leasing and land sale activities in Faison's strip center portfolio. Prior to joining Faison in 1993, Mr. Byrne served as Real Estate Banking Officer for NCNB/NationsBank (now Bank of America) and Retail Leasing Agent with Childress Klein Properties.

He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia. Mr. Byrne served for three years as Chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers North Carolina Government Relations Committee. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers Carolinas Idea Exchange Program Committee and has served on the Board of Directors of Christ Lutheran Children's Center.

Ms. Adams is responsible for retail property management in North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. Prior to joining Faison in 2002, she worked in property management with Carter Oncor International. Additionally, she has experience as a controller in financial and cost accounting and in other management areas.

Ms. Adams received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a major in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University. Ms. Adams participates in leadership roles in community and civic groups in the Charlotte area.

Mr. Welch is responsible for commercial property management in North Carolina.  He has 17 years of experience property management and worked for Faison from 1989 to 1997.  Prior to returning to Faison in 2005, he worked in property management at The Taubman Company and The Keith Corporation managing company owned and third-party fee managed retail and commercial properties in Virginia and North Carolina.

Mr. Welch earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and holds the following industry designations:  Real Property Administrator, Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Property Manager.

Mr. Schad is responsible for leasing and outparcel sales activity for Faison’s shopping center portfolio and third party clients in the Carolina’s and Virginia. Prior to joining Faison in 2006, he was a leasing manager for Heritage Property Investment Trust, Inc. (now Centro Watt), where he was responsible for leasing activities for a portfolio of shopping centers over 1.8 million square feet, and was a sales associate with Prudential Commercial.

Mr. Schad received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. He has earned the CCIM designation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and currently serves on the planning committee for the ICSC Charlotte “Next Generation Program”. Justin served as Kentucky's State Operations Chair for ICSC and Chaired Kentucky's ICSC Next Generation program for three years. Mr. Schad is an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.

Mr. Kapadia is responsible for originating new single-family lot developments in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Faison in 2003, he was a partner in the Charlotte, North Carolina based law firm of Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein LLP where he counseled individual and institutional clients in all facets of real estate development, acquisition, sales, leasing, and financing. In addition to practicing law, he has also developed several residential neighborhoods for national homebuilders, and has been an active commercial real estate investor.

Mr. Kapadia received his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Duke University in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from The University of Virginia School of Law in 1994.

Thomas W. Brasse

Mr. Brasse is responsible for overseeing all of the Charlotte area’s land development efforts.  He brings 10 years of development, construction, engineering, and environmental experience to the company.  Prior to joining Faison, he was Land Development Manager for KB Home in Charlotte where he was responsible for over $16 million in development projects.  His experience also included time with Charlotte firms Hart & Hickman, PC, Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., Law Engineering, and GeoScience Group in the fields of environmental engineering, construction management, geotechnical evaluation, and construction materials testing.

Mr. Brasse received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is a Professional Geologist in North and South Carolina, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.  He is also actively involved in the HomeBuilders Association of Charlotte in the Land Development Council.

Mr. Cherry is Managing Director of Commercial Asset Management with responsibility for retail and office properties.

Prior to joining Faison in 2000, Mr. Cherry was a Senior Vice President with Wachovia Corporation in their Real Estate Investment Group. At Wachovia, Mr. Cherry was involved in the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of commercial properties on a nationwide basis.

Mr. Cherry has an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University, a Master of Economics from North Carolina State University, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Diana Bakeberg

Ms. Bakeberg is responsible for Commercial Asset Management's financial reporting and controls; she joined Faison in 1996 working with various aspects of accounting.

Ms. Bakeberg has over 25 years of accounting experience, including Audit Manager in the Oklahoma City office of Coopers and Lybrand and Internal Audit Manager of an automotive industry conglomerate. She earned her CPA from Oklahoma, and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
